Sponsorship With WAEO

Your Sponsorship helps us pay for so many things! Regardless if we are creating our Annual Webinar or In-Person event, your donation is used to fund the event in a variety of ways: speakers, location fees, catering for in-person conferences, housing and travel for our presenters, printed material, technical and videography, and the platform on which we bring these events to our members.

Sponsors of the WAEO conference will be acknowledged on the enrollment page, on our website, through social media and during the conference itself on sponsor pages. 

 GOLD Sponsor $525 USD/ $700 CAD

• Business name/logo placed on WAEO website enrollment page and social media. Full page ad in conference program, business announced throughout the conference.
• One vendor booth - 8’ table and chair supplied. Your booth will be located inside the conference room where the presentations are being held.
• One conference ticket: good for one person’s conference attendance, meals and dance.
• Souvenir Conference t-shirt 
• Second conference ticket available at a special discounted rate 

SILVER Sponsor $275 USD / $350 CAD

• Business name/logo placed on WAEO website enrollment page and social media. Half page ad in the conference program, business announced throughout the conference.
• You may supply us with your business banner for display in our conference room.
• Souvenir Conference t-shirt 
• (This level of sponsorship does not include conference attendance).

BRONZE Sponsor $125 USD / $150 CAD

• Business name placed on WAEO website enrollment page, social media and business name/logo displayed on the sponsorship page of the program, business name announced at the conference.
• (This level of sponsorship does not include conference attendance)

Become a Vendor $200 CAD

• Business name/logo will appear on the Sponsor Thank-You list in the conference program. Your business name will be announced during the conference.
• One vendor booth: 8’ table and chair supplied. Your booth will be located outside the conference room where attendees enter and exit the hall, get coffee and access washrooms. (This level of sponsorship does not include conference attendance).

DONATIONS

• If you, as an individual or business, would prefer to make a donation or have additional ideas for sponsorship, please contact us! We gladly accept one-time or recurring donations to support our organization. Your name will be listed on a thank you sponsorship page in the conference program.
• YES! We will happily put your coupons/flyers into the registration packages if you supply them to us at least two weeks prior to the conference date.
• YES! We will happily take donations for door prize draws if you have a product you would like to donate. They will be displayed prior to the draws with your name on them.
• (This level of sponsorship does not include conference attendance).
